Brokers Opinion of Value
During my time at Lee and Associates Raleigh Durham, I often assisted in doing a Brokers Opinion of Value for large land Parcels. This consists of pulling together single family home sale data of within a given area, and extrapolating that data to achieve a value of which a large home builder could purchase the land in order to monotize it as single family homes, or paper platted lots. I have attached 2 examples in the drop box linked.
