MAX FERRIS
about Me
I grew up in a Christian household where the importance of hard work, excellence, and relentlessly pursuing my goals was instilled in me early. As the son of an architect I grew to appreciate unique, and beautiful buildings. The likes of Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner, Mies Van Der Rohe, and my father made me recognize the importance of high quality, timeless design, and work that you can be proud of.
Today, in my journey to pursue Real Estate Development, I use these principles as driving forces for my career. It is my goal to reflect these skills in all that I do, that I may be privileged enough to impact communities by developing with purpose, intentionality, and excellence.

I am graduating with my BSBA in Finance, May 2025 from Liberty University. I have earned REFM levels 1, 2, and 3 certifications as well as a Real Estate Development Certification from Cornell University. I am adept in Financial Modeling, currently a Commercial Real Estate Assistant for Coldwell Banker Commercial Read & Co., President of the LU Real Estate Club, Aspiring Real Estate Developer, and Seeking Commercial Real Estate Opportunities.

In my free time I enjoy going to Church, spending time with friends, working out, hiking, playing guitar for my wife, and enjoying every nuance coffee has to offer.
