I have Supplemented my finance education with a certificate in commercial real estate development through Cornell University's online programs. This program involves 7 back-to-back 2 week intensive courses overviewing, Commercial Real Estate Development, Managing Real Estate Development Projects, Real Estate Site Selection and Analysis, Creating the Real Estate Development Package, Preparing and Delivering the Project Pitch, Creating the Basis of Design for Real Estate Projects, and Instilling Resiliency in Real Estate Development Projects.

I also completed my REFM Level 1, 2, and 3 Excel for real estate, financial modeling certifications. The certification process involves thorough and extensive curriculum that outlines real estate financial modeling with complex IRR based waterfall structures as well as intricate partnership structures, how they relate in a project, and how to build them into complex financial models.
