Colvin Case Study Challenge 2023

The University of Maryland Colvin Case Study Challenge is a real estate case study competition designed to encourage students to apply their problem-solving and analytical skills to real world development scenarios. Participants chose a property that meets specific criterion and work in teams to analyze the development, develop a report, and present their findings. The top teams present in front of a panel for a grand prize of $10,000 Dollars. In 2023 our team scored well, however, did not get the opportunity to present in front of the panel.
